Activity Supermarket is a trading name of Orangutan TM Ltd, of Priory House, Nutfield Road, Nutfield, Surrey RH1 6ND


Orangutan offers to sell goods, on the basis of its terms and conditions as set out below.
Orangutan is open to negotiate any of the terms to suit a customer's specific needs.

1. DEFINITIONS: The person who places / submits an order will hereinafter be known as the Buyer
2. PRICES: Prices are those reflected on Orangutan site. Products are purchased from third party suppliers, and therefore prices are subject to change from time to time without notice, however any orders placed at a particular time will be governed by the prices listed on the Orangutan site at the time of placing the order. Quoted prices on the Orangutan site do not include postage and packing, which are calculated during the ordering process and added to the order. (See Postage & Packing)
3.VAT: VAT is included in the prices reflected on Orangutan site, and is charged at the rate then applicable, which is currently 20 Percent in the UK.

5.ORDERS: Orders will only be processed and shipped if Orangutan deems an order complete. An order is deemed complete if all relevant information requested throughout the order process has been entered correctly and the terms and conditions agreed. If the order is deemed incomplete, Orangutan will send an e-mail to the Buyer requesting the missing information. When the information is received by Orangutan, the order will be deemed complete.
6. THE PRODUCT: The product does not include accessories unless otherwise stated, no boots, chokes or cartridges are included with the product.
7.HOURS OF BUSINESS: An order can be placed via the Internet at any time. Orangutan will only process orders during core hours of business, which are as follows: 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, except UK bank holidays.
8.TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payment is required at the time the order is accepted. Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received and/or unless either a credit card has been verified..
9.ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT: We accept credit and debit card payments, except solo and electron. We will pass on any credit card charges to the consumer. Where vouchers are used as part payment, only one may be used per order.
10.DELIVERY DATES: Delivery dates or lead times are not guaranteed. Orangutan will use their best endeavours to ensure that delivery dates and requirements are met. Where delivery dates are given, they are without liability and time is not the essence of the contract. Deliveries will only be made if the order is deemed complete. Lead times will start from the time of complete order.
11.AVAILABILITY: Whilst every attempt will be made to maintain stock of listed items, no guarantee of availability can be given. If an item ordered is not immediately available, Orangutan will send the buyer an e-mail, providing an estimated availability date. The buyer will have the option of cancelling or changing their order.
12. POSTAGE & PACKING: A postage and packing charge of £6.99 for mainland UK only, (excluding The Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) for all International postage, please email us for a quote.
13.RETURN OF GOODS: Unless the Buyer shall, within seven days after delivery, inspect the Products and notify Orangutan, in writing, of any defects found, the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted on delivery. Goods must be returned in the condition received. Damages, faulty goods, or loss/shortage in transit must be notified to Orangutan within seven days of receipt or expected receipt of order, and if the fault was due to Orangutan or it's suppliers, Orangutan will also reimburse the customer any reasonable costs in returning the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
14.CANCELLATION: The customer may cancel their order either by e-mail on activitysales@orangutan.co.uk providing the order has not already been dispatched.
15.COPYRIGHT / TRADE NAMES: Reproduction of any part of the Orangutan site for any purpose excluding the sole purpose of ordering, without the prior written permission of Orangutan, is strictly prohibited. Other product and company names featured on this site may also be the copyright, trademarks or registered trademarks of their owners.
16.BREACH OF THESE TERMS: In the event of the Buyer being in breach of any of these conditions, Orangutan shall be entitled to refuse to supply the buyer with any further goods, or suspend delivery until all breaches have been remedied.
