| If you enjoy the freedom of the outdoors but want something with a bit more comfort than camping; this is the experience for you. A Four Night Yurt Break is the ultimate glamping holiday. There is none of the hard work such as putting up tents as the yurt is permanently assembled and will be ready and waiting for you complete will all your home comforts. A yurt sleeps up to six people, with double or single beds for four and a futon and bed roll. The beds will be prepared with fresh linen and you will have a wood burning stove for warmth. Even in wet and windy weather the authentic Mongolian yurt is secure. Outside of your yurt you will enjoy use of nearby toilets and piping hot showers, there is a communal kitchen and living area known as the Yurtery, where you can cook your own meals and keep food in your own fridge. This is the perfect getaway for some peace and quiet. Youll enjoy the secluded surroundings of Meon Valley, perfect for walking, cycling or fishing. |
| What Happens On The Day |
| When you arrive at the Yurt Village, consisting of six yurts in total, you will find your authentic Mongolian yurt ready for you with the beds made up with duvets, pillows, clean linen and blankets. Each yurt comes with a wood burning stove to keep you nice and cosy. All wood and firelighters are supplied but you need to bring your own food. An online shopping order, that can be delivered to the venue, is recommended. You will have access to all necessary facilities to make your yurt break a home from home. There are toilets, showers, and a fully fitted kitchen with appliances. As well as your own barbeque and fire-pit, there is a communal fire-pit which you can gather around in the evenings. |

| Participant guidelines: Minimum age: one participant must be over 18 Availability: Your voucher is available to book Monday to Thursday 21 March to 3 April, 21 April to 22 May, 1 Sept to 23 October and 3 November to 16 November. We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available . This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability. How long should I allow for this experience? Your voucher is for a four night midweek yurt break, Monday to Thursday. You are free to check-in from 15.00 and asked to check out on Friday morning by 10.00. Additional information: All the yurts and facilities are accessible to disabled people. There is also a wet room, shower and toilet with disabled access rails. Please be responsible for your children's safety at all times, especially around hot stoves, camp fires etc. All yurts and facilities are non smoking. You may bring dogs and pets to the yurt village, however it is your responsibility to keep them under control and please clean up behind them. Your voucher is valid for a booking of up to six people - please advise numbers when booking. It is a condition of your booking that the total number in your party should not exceed the capacity of six people per yurt. If you have extras, please discuss when making your booking. If you plan to arrive after 20.00 then please let the booking staff know. Your voucher is valid until 10 November 2014, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date as vouchers may not be extended beyond their expiration date. The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location. What about insurance? The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence. A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher. How it works: All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and well send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience. |
